Since June 2017, Foundation Building Materials (FBM) has been partnering with both Kole and McHugh Construction in transforming Chicago’s iconic skyline with its latest skyscraper, Vista Tower. Once completed in the summer of 2020, the 101 story Vista Tower will become Chicago’s third tallest building at 1,198 feet. Vista Tower is located at 375 E Wacker Drive and will consist of a 5 Star Hotel called the Wanda Vista accompanied by luxury condominiums with sweeping city views. Foundation Building Materials was instrumental in the floor-by-floor delivery, stocking and strategic placement of all the wallboard/drywall, interior steel framing and insulation for the interior build out. FBM recognizes Kole and McHugh Construction on a job well done with this amazing structure which will forever change the Chicago skyline.
