FBM is pleased to announce that as of February 3, 2020, the Company has purchased assets and taken over the operations at two specialty building products branches, one in Washington, D.C. and the other in Baltimore, MD. Both were acquired from Insulation Distributors, Inc. (IDI).
FBM specifically purchased the suspended ceiling systems, wallboard, metal framing, and commercial insulation product lines of IDI. With these additions, FBM expands it’s geographic footprint to the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. markets and builds our commercial presence in the region.
