Exciting times at Foundation Building Materials (FBM), today FBM announced that it has started an initial public offering of 12,800,000 shares of its common stock, all of which are being offered by the Company. The initial public offering price is expected to be between $17.00 to $19.00 per share. The Company’s sole stockholder expects to grant the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 1,920,000 shares of common stock. FBM has applied to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “FBM.”
