Foundation Building Materials has just acquired the assets of Wallboard and Supply in Middle Tennessee. Wallboard has been in business since 1959 and has four locations in Nashville and the surrounding areas.
GG Waggoner first started working with his father in 1963 and he plans to stay and help us for period of time. Wallboard distributes a very similar product line as Foundation and will fit in with our strategy.
Foundation now has 8 locations and approximately 170 employees. We will continue to invest in this business and grow where it makes sense.
